I have purchased my first home, then a second one with his help and I'm highly satisfied with his service. He won't chase the money like other agents, he will make sure that you get exactly what you want and he will definitely tell you his honest opinion, giving you the space to explore a property on your own, then express his thoughts on what's wrong with the property, if the price seems to be like a good deal or if the property is overpriced.
